1. Scope of Services
Upon purchase, you will receive immediate access to the Profitable Trade course materials, resources, templates, and any applicable bonuses.
You will have lifetime access to the course content unless otherwise specified at the time of sale.
2. Results Disclaimer
While we provide proven strategies and best practices, results may vary depending on the effort, action, and implementation of each individual.
We cannot guarantee specific financial outcomes, but we do guarantee you will be equipped with practical tools to improve your marketing and sales processes.
3. Refund Policy
We stand behind the quality of our programs.
However, due to the digital nature of our course and immediate access to resources, we do not offer refunds — except under the following strict conditions:

You must complete every lesson, action task, and resource within the course.

You must complete these tasks within 90 days (3 months) of your purchase date.

You must be able to provide evidence of your completed tasks, including screenshots, action plans, templates used, and proof of implementation.

After completing all tasks, if you have seen no measurable improvement in lead generation or sales, you may request a refund.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation.
If you do not complete the course and implementation within 3 months, no refund will be considered.
We have this policy to protect the integrity of the program and to encourage committed, action-taking students only.
4. Intellectual Property
All course materials, templates, frameworks, and resources are owned by Profitable Trade.
You are granted a non-transferable licence for personal business use only.
Materials must not be copied, shared, resold, or redistributed without express written permission.
5. Support
You will have access to any included group support (such as Facebook groups or coaching calls) for the period stated on your sales page at the time of enrolment.
Support channels are provided for course-related questions and implementation assistance only.
6. Support Scope
Guru Digital is committed to providing access to the course materials you have purchased.
However, we are not obligated to provide technical, design, troubleshooting, or personalised marketing assistance to complete the coursework.
Our support is limited to helping you access the course platform and resources included in your purchase.
If you experience technical issues accessing the materials, we’ll work with you to resolve them.
We are not responsible for troubleshooting software, website platforms, advertising accounts, or any other external tools referenced in the course.
7. Payment Plans and Access
If you choose a payment plan and any instalment fails, your access to the course may be suspended or revoked at the sole discretion of Guru Digital.
Full access will only be restored once outstanding payments are made.
